Without touching it, a knife alonecuts a big sea bream into sashimi.

At the autumn festival, the East and West seats offer a big sea bream and amazake. In the next rite, "Ba no uo" (場の魚), the knife master prepares the fish with knife work alone. It is held close to the form recorded in the 1598 "Inari Otō no Oboe" (稲荷御當之覚), and the state selected it as an intangible folk cultural property needing a record.
