This Jizo hall stands at a pass on the old Gujo road. The Agency for Cultural Affairs calls it a hexagonal round hall, noting that round halls are usually octagonal and hexagonal ones are very few across the country. It was built to pray for the safety of travelers on the road. The roof is cypress bark and the pillars are round. Important Cultural Property.

At the festival of Oyada Shrine, puppets are brought out above a curtain stretched across the hillside for a puppet play. Each puppet has a head made of a bamboo basket covered in painted paper, and is worked with bamboo. Copies of festival records dating from 1615 survive, and the play is thought to go back at least to the early modern period.
