This was Fujii Koji's own house, and the main house dates from 1928 (Showa 3). Efforts to improve the indoor environment were also tried, such as ventilation windows in the gable walls and air intakes under the floor. The main house, Kanshitsu and the tea room, three buildings in all, were designated Important Cultural Properties in 2017.
