The former Waida residence was built in the late Edo period and has a thatched hip roof. It stood in Hanahata 2-chome; after its ward designation as a tangible folk cultural property in December 1983, it was moved to the Urban Agricultural Park over the following year. The earth floor and eaves are laid with Hanamata Imperial Brick Works bricks of the Meiji era.

An inscription says this brazier was madefrom a pile of Senju Ohashi Bridge.

This brazier has come down in the Yamada family, once steeplejacks of Senju Hashidocho. A log is hollowed out and fitted with a copper hearth. Behind the hearth is the Hibachi Yuiki, inscribed in June 1891 by the second Yamada Keijiro. It records that a bridge pile was given by a construction magistrate and made into the brazier.
