Otsuka Tumulus, from the late 5th century, is a keyhole-shaped tomb on a hilltop, and its short front section is why it is also called scallop-shaped. The city says its chamber, roofed with pillar-like stones set like a gabled roof, is thought to have been the only gassho-style chamber in Yamanashi Prefecture.
